Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and support OPC UA servers and clients using the .NET OPC Foundation stack

• Create and maintain OPC UA information models, namespaces, and NodeSets aligned with customer-specific data models

• Integrate and map multiple industrial data sources into OPC UA address spaces

• Configure and manage OPC UA Pub Sub communication, including topic-based subscriptions

• Integrate OPC UA systems with MQTT, Kafka, and other industrial data streaming platforms

• Implement and support advanced OPC UA features such as:

  • Alarms & Conditions

  • Historical Data Access (HDA)

  • Security (certificates, encryption, user authentication)

• Develop OPC UA client applications for data consumption, monitoring, and system integration

• Enable database integration for historical data storage and retrieval

• Containerize OPC UA applications using Docker and deploy them in Linux-based environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for architecture design, deployment, commissioning, and support

• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain OPC UA communication and data flow in production environments

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to system architecture, configuration, and deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in OPC UAbased development and industrial communication systems

• Strong hands-on experience with the OPC UA .NET OPC Foundation stack

• Proven expertise in OPC UA information modelling and industrial data mapping

• Practical experience with OPC UA Pub Sub and topic-based subscription mechanisms

• Solid understanding of MQTT, Kafka, and other data streaming technologies

• Hands-on experience with OPC UA features including:

  • Alarms & Conditions

  • Historical Data Access

  • Security (certificates, encryption, authentication)

• Experience integrating databases with OPC UA solutions

• Strong experience in OPC UA client development and client-side integrations

• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments

• Strong hands-on experience in Linux environments

• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
