We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate with over 5 years of proven success in sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales and client data.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to senior leadership.
Mentor junior team members and support overall team development and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and client acquisition goals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and value-based selling.
Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or business events.
