Bussiness Development Associate

Job Summary:

​

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate with over 5 years of proven success in sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals successfully.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate sales and client data.

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to senior leadership.

  • Mentor junior team members and support overall team development and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management roles.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and client acquisition goals.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and value-based selling.

  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or business events.
